The Fuel Pro 120VAC overnight heater is installed in the side

of the Fuel Processor .

1 . Open the vent cap . Open the drain valve by turning one to

one and a half revolutions . Drain the Fuel Pro completely .

Close the drain valve .

2 . Remove the pipe plug from the heater port .
3 . Apply liquid thread sealant to the heater threads and

install into the 120VAC overnight heater port on the

Fuel Pro . Tighten to 15-30 ft-lbs .

4 . Connect the wire harness to the heater and route the

harness to a location where it can easily be plugged into

a 120VAC outlet .

5 . Prime the Fuel Pro and check for leaks .

120VAC OVERNIGHT HEATER INSTALLATION

WATER-IN-FUEL SENSOR (WIF) INSTALLATION

1 . Open the vent cap . Open the drain valve by turning one to

one and a half revolutions . Drain the Fuel Pro completely .

Close the drain valve .

2 . Install WIF into WIF port . Torque to 20-24 in-lbs .
3 . Install the filter and prime the unit .
