NOZZLES FOR DA 400 DISPENSING VALVE
The valve DA 400 presents a very high number of nozzles available as
standard. Nozzles with thread 1/8 BSP male, luer lock, nozzles complete
with various shapes and diameters from 0.3 to 1.5 mm. If necessary, we
can design and create multi-point terminals, with radial outlets, inclined etc.
DRIVE THE VALVE DA 400
The valve DA 400 have to be drived by solenoid 5/2 or 3/2 (depending on whether you want to work double-acting
or simple acting) for a time setted by the PLC of the customer. We are available for the supply of timing systems
such as the DA 1000 T controller or even with the creation of electrical control panels to manage the various I / O
you need to check.

3 INSTALLATION
3.1 Mounting on the machine
The valve 400 can be mounted using the through holes present on its body. Download 3D models of the valve from our
web-site to design brackets, fasteners, and check the dimensions.
3.2 Drive the valve
The valve 400 can be used as a single-acting valve, air for opening and closing with the spring; or as a double-effect
valve, air for opening and closing. The valve 400 must be connected to a solenoid valve 3/2 for the opening or to a
solenoid valve 5/2 for opening and closing. The minimum operating pressure must be at least 6 bar.
