To connect the DSVII-SC
®
to an external device, use the DSVII-SC
®
Serial Interface Cable (optional). It is
configured to look like a typical “COM:” port on a desktop-PC. The cable is pictured below:

WARNING: External equipment should connect only to the 9D-Subminiature male connector –
NEVER directly to the 9-pin connector on the DSVII-SC
®
unit.
