4 drive slots per host pair

To splits the 24 drive slots into 6 set of 4 drives, one set per
pair of host connections for both I/O controller.

    Drive slots 1-4 are available to Mini-SAS HD ports 1.
    Drive slots 5-8 are available to Mini-SAS HD ports 2.
    Drive slots 9-12 are available to Mini-SAS HD ports 3.
    Drive slots 13-16 are available to Mini-SAS HD ports 4.
    Drive slots 17-20 are available to Mini-SAS HD ports 5.
    Drive slots 21-24 are available to Mini-SAS HD ports 6.
