Only replace faulty components (i.e. if the switch knob is damaged but the magnet is OK, recycle the magnet. If
the magnet is missing but the switch knob is OK, recycle the switch knob).

Turn the switch so that the pointer is at approximately 1 o'clock (30° from vertical).
