REPLACING THE BATTERY PACK

To correctly replace the battery pack, proceed as follows.

Turn off the Datalogic FALCON™.

Press the latch release button and pull the battery latch down as indicated in the figure below:

Remove the cover and the battery pack.

5.

Install the new battery pack, first insert the bottom (contacts) side, then the upper side as indicated
in the following figure:

6.

Press the latch release button and pull the battery latch down to reinsert the cover.

CAUTI

ON

As the battery cover is lifted, the mobile
computer automatically shuts off, in order
to retain data during the pack substitution.
