Horizontal Video Signal
Each line of video contains horizontal sync information, blanking
information, and active video.

In the horizontal video signal, blanking occurs during the horizontal
sync and image border periods, which are defined by the front porch
(before the horizontal sync) and back porch (after the horizontal
sync).
