When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed, including:

Remove all bags and packaging from
appliance before use.

Wash and dry Kettle before using for the
first time.
•
Only use water inside the Elecric Kettle.
Other pre-made beverages may damage
the interior coating.

Make sure that the Kettle, Power Base and
cord are completely dry before each use.

Prior to first-time use, boil water in the
Kettle and then pour it out. This will help to
eliminate any odors.
