1 large russet potato, peeled and 

shredded
½ onion, thinly sliced
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp matzo meal
½ tsp pepper

1 egg
1 tsp olive oil
Applesauce and sour cream, for 

serving

Ingredients:

Mini Waffle

latkes

Directions:

1. 

Peel and shred the potato, and squeeze excess water out of the potato.

2. 

Mix all ingredients together and form patties with 1/4 cup of mixture each. 

3. 

Drizzle a little olive oil in the Dash Mini Waffle Maker and place a patty in the 

Waffle Maker. Cook until golden brown

4. 

Serve with applesauce and sour cream.

Yield: 10-12 waffles
