Directions:
1.
In a medium bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda
and matcha powder.
2.
Whisk the egg, maple syrup, almond milk and coconut oil in a separate bowl.
3.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just incorporated.
4.
Grease the Mini Waffle Maker with a light coat of cooking spray. Pour ¼ cup of
batter into the Mini Waffle Maker and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the
remaining batter.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
2 tsp matcha powder
1 egg
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
