Brownie
mini waffles
Ingredients:

6 tbsp bittersweet chocolate
2 tbsp unsweetened chocolate
¾ stick unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
½ tsp salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Toppings
Chopped walnuts
Shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and butter and mix together until smooth. In a medium bowl, whisk
together eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Add egg mixture to chocolate and mix until no clumps remain. Stir in salt and flour until just
combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Add ¼ cup of batter to your Multi Mini Waffle Maker and cook.
