While Dash products are durable, you may encounter one or more of the
problems listed below. If the issue is either not resolved by the solutions
recommended below or not included on this page, please contact our

My iced tea (or coffee) is too weak or too strong.
•
Adjust the Strength Control Dial to the left for a weaker brew or to the right for
a stronger brew. You can also adjust the amount of tea or coffee that you are
using in the filter to taste.
The tea or coffee is overflowing from the Brew Basket.
•
If the Filter Basket is overflowing, turn off the Iced Beverage Brewer. Make
sure that the hole at the bottom of the Filter Basket is not clogged. You may
need to use less tea or coffee or descale your Iced Beverage Brewer. Do not
place more than 4 tbsp of loose leaf tea or coffee grounds in the Filter.
The Iced Beverage Brewer will not let me brew a second batch.
•
The Iced Beverage Brewer must cool down for 10-15 minutes between each
cycle. If the Brewer is still not working after 15 minutes, unplug the Brewer
and allow to cool for an additional 15 minutes before you try again.
My Iced Beverage Brewer won’t start brewing.
•
Check to make sure the Iced Beverage Brewer is plugged into a power outlet.
•
Check to make sure the power outlet is operating correctly.
•
Determine if a power failure has occurred in your home, apartment, or
building.
