Step 3: Assembly of the Barbell Plate Sleeve
1. Attach the barbell plate sleeve (8) to the L frame (2) and fix it by tightening the setting screw
on the side.
2. Attach the spring collar (9) to the plate sleeve (8).
Step 4: Assembly of the Bicep Curl Bar
Attach one end of the snap hooks on the chain (7) to the bicep curl bar (6) and the other snap hook
of the chain (7) to the L frame (2).
