Connection of
water-cooled
condenser The condenser is normally activated by a temperature controlled pool water pump,
which starts up automatically above a specified room temperature and pumps pool wa-
ter through the condenser.
The inflow is connected with the connector marked “IN” and the outflow with the con-
nector marked “OUT”.

wer supply Power is connected to the unit in accordance with the name plate. Please refer to the
wiring diagrams on page 141.
Important! All electrical connections must be made in accordance with local power sup-
ply company regulations!
Water quality All electrical connections must be made in accordance with local power supply company
regulations.
With addition of
chemicals The following guidance values are applicable to swimming pools with the addition of
chemicals:

Combined chlorine content Max. 1/3 of free chlorine content

Total alkalinity 80-150
Calcium hardness 250-450
Total dissolved solids < 2000

Self-production of
chlorine The following guidance values are applicable to swimming pools with self-production of
chlorine:

pH 7,2-7,6
Total alkalinity 80-150
Calcium hardness 250-450
Sulphates < 360
Langelier
Saturation index It is advisable to use the Langelier Saturation index to ensure that the combination of
the different water parameters is acceptable.
