Create a new speech time configuration 

Create a new speech time 
configuration by adding a new 
configuration with the Add button.  

 

 

Assign a name to the speech time 
configuration in the name field 
and select the Delegates All - 
(User Type) speech time 
configuration. 

Update to activate the changes.
