Special safety instructions
The gas grill must only be used outdoors and
in well-ventilated areas! In a well-ventilated
area, there is at least 25% of the wall area
open.
The gas grill must not be exposed to
precipitation and must be protected from
the elements during use and storage.
The gas grill should be placed on a � rm, level
surface before being lit.
This surface must be non-� ammable, e.g.
� agstones, paving stones or packed earth.
There must be no � ammable objects such as
grass, plants or rubbish under or near to the
gas grill.
Keep the gas grill at a safe distance from
combustible materials during use.
NOTE: The gas grill reaches temperatures of
800 degrees, so the heat radiated may be
strong and aff ect materials.
Use grill gloves when handling the gas grill.
Use separate cooking utensils for raw and
cooked meat. Keep them separate to avoid
transfer of bacteria to the cooked meat and
the risk of food poisoning.
This type of gas grill is very diff erent from
an ordinary gas barbecue and, not least,
a charcoal barbecue. For the optimal
experience, we recommend that you practise
consistently so that you learn where on the
gas grill the best heat can be found to suit
the food you want to grill.
