Information - CHM motorcontrol
The CHM motor control is integrated into the Convec panel
and controls the fan motor rpm by a 0-10 V control signal
from the CHR room thermostat or from a CTS system.
CHM motor control controls and monitors the motor via
a 4-lead cable. When the motor is blocked, it will stop
and then attempt to restart after 10 seconds.
The CHM motor control can also activate a thermal ac-
tuator (e.g. TWA-A) to supply water to the Convec panel.
The red LED uses the following signal sequences:
= System ok, motor in stop position.
= System ok, motor running.
= Motor is not running at the correct
rpm speed.
= Motor is in compulsory stop-mode
due to a blockage, etc. The motor will
attempt to restart after 10 seconds.
PLEASE NOTE!
The CHR room thermostat and CHM motor control both
have a common 0 Vdc. Contact is at 0 on the actuator
output.
