Various error situations are listed below along with some possible solutions.

Electro mechanical lock classification
The V3-BTZE is categorized as an electro mechanical lock for operation on the inside of a
door instead of a pure mechanical wring. The lock incorporates an electromechanically
operated motor for opening and closing the door based on either a finger press (from the
inside) or a secure locking/unlocking command transmitted over a radio communication
interface.
The V3-BTZE is designed for installation and use to the following electro mechanical lock
classification standard EN 14846. (N/A is Not Applicable for V3-BTZE as these
classifications are dependent of the actual door and striking plate where V3-BTZE is
mounted):
