When the Stretch
Adjuster is correctly
positioned, it causes the
shoulder pad to wrap
around the shoulder so
that the end of the
shoulder pad is 1” to 2”
below the top of the
shoulder.
If the Stretch
Adjuster is too high, the
shoulder pad will be
unable to wrap around
the shoulder enough to
support the load
properly.
When the Stretch
Adjuster is positioned too
low, it forces the shoulder
pad to drop more than 2”
below the top of the
shoulder. This causes the
shoulder pad to fit
incorrectly or may lead
you to choose
the wrong size of
shoulder pad.
