CAUTION: WEAR GLOVES TO PREVENT INJURY AT PINCH POINTS
SECTION C: Installing the barrier(s)
STEP 1B: POSITION EXTENSION POLE AND MULTIPLE BARRIERS
1B.2 Remove the lid of the base socket and insert all
extension pole(s) into the fixed base(s). Ensure
extension pole is at right angles to the ground.
Slot into ground and twist/screw into position
to create a watertight seal
1B.1 Clear any dirt or debris from the doorstep and
reveals. For an enhanced seal, double over
filler to create a thick strip and place at each
corner of the doorstep/reveals, in line with
the barrier position. Filler is not needed at
the extension pole (due to the inbuilt
chamfer seals)
1B.2 Wearing gloves, remove the barriers one at a
time from the reusable packaging. Hold the
Barrier firmly in place at the Lifting handles
until securely positioned
1B.3 Position the barriers vertically, between the
reveal and extension pole or between 2
extension poles as relevant (Ratchet Handle
facing inwards).
CONTINUE TO STEP 3,
INFLATE THE SEAL
Help from another person may be needed to lift safely,
lift only at the Lifting Handles marked
