One channel DALI touch controller

1. Designated use
With this DALI touch controller up to four DALI zones can be switched
and controlled. One zone consists one DALI address. Different single
DALI zones can be selected via encoding switch.
This device complies to to the DALI standard protocols
IEC 62386-102 and IEC 62386-207 and is in compliance with DALI
products from other international incorporations.
2. Safety instructions
• These operating instructions are a component of the product. They
contain important information on commissioning and operation. Com-
ply with them even if you pass the product to a third party. Therefore
please store these operating instructions for reading at a later time
and read them through carefully before you use this product.
•
Do not operate this device with a higher voltage than specified! Risk
of fatal injury!
• Installation and assembly of electrical devices may only be performed
by electrical technicians.
• Ensure correct polarity when connecting voltage.
• In case of this device is damaged, immediately stop using it.
• Operations in schools, educational institutions and hobby and self-
help workshops must be responsibly monitored by trained personnel.
• In commercial operation the responsible association´s accident
prevention regulations have to be observed.
• The product may not be dropped or subjected to strong mechanical
pressure it could be damaged by these effects. It also must be protec-
ted against moisture, spraying water and the effects of heat.

Do not operate this device in the area of flammable gases, vapours
or dust.

This device is not intended to be used by persons (including
children) with restricted physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities or
those with insufficient knowledge unless they are supervised by a

Do not touch the electronic components. Any electrostatic charge

• LEDs can develop very high light intensities, even when dimmed.
Some LEDs are properly classed as lasers. Particularly in conjunction

with an optical system, even weak LEDs can be very dangerours. By
looking directly into LEDs irreversible damages to the retina of the eye
can be caused. Use diffusers to disperse the light.
• Please note that LED light can vary quickly in intensity. Quickly chan-
ging light effects can influence perception and can cause complains
as well as seizures to people with a tendency to epilepsy.
