ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1.
Pull cord through base to tighten stem connections.
2.
Screw lower stem into lamp base.
3.
Screw center stem into lower stem.
4.
Screw upper stem into center stem.
5.
Screw lamp holder into upper stem.( Repeat step #1 )
6.
Pull balance of cord from base to tighten excess.
7.
Unscrew shade ring from the socket. Place shade into
lamp holder, screw shade ring onto threaded socket to
hold shade secure.
8.
Insert 60-watt bulb into bulb socket.
Recommended (1) maximum 60 WATT Type “A” Bulb
or (1) maximum 13WATT CFL Bulbs
(Bulbs not included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
