When the power is input, the built-in MCU checks each function and turns on each LED.

PWR
The system power is turned on
RUN
ON: Normal
Blinking: Initialization, function check, waiting for communication connection
ERR
ON: H / W failure.
Blinking: Error occurred during operation. Ex) Removing a communication line
ECAT EtherCAT State Indicator
EtherCAT State Indicator
LED Status Condition
Off Init INIT = Initialization state.
Blinking Pre-Operational PREOP = Pre-Operational state.
Single flash Safe-Operational SAFEOP = Safe-Operational state.
On Operational OP = Operational state.
