3. Remove the fan motor.

The screw has reverse 
winding.

Wrench size: 10 mm

Unscrew the washer-
fitted nut (M6) of the 
outdoor fan.

Remove the outdoor 
fan.

When reassembling, align 

 mark of the outdoor fan 

with D-cut section of the 
motor shaft.

Release the outdoor 
temperature thermistor 
from the holder.
