7.5 Outdoor Fan Motor Abnormality

Method of Error
Detection
The error is determined according to the fan speed detected by Hall IC when the fan motor runs.
Error Decision
Conditions

When the fan runs with speed less than a specified one for 6 seconds or more when the fan
motor running conditions are met

When the error is generated 4 times, the system shuts down.

Clearing condition: Operate for 5 minutes (normal)

Fan does not rotate due to tangled foreign matters

after disconnecting the

Connect the connector.
Remove the obstacle.
Replace outdoor unit PCB.

Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting
connectors, or parts may be damaged.
