Quick Guide for Maintenance
When dirt becomes an issue
Wipe
• Wipe up dirt with a soft damp cloth.
• If dirt buildup is severe, wet a cloth with kitchen-use neutral detergent
and wipe up the dirt.
• Do not use a hard brush, etc. (Damage may result)

Please refer to respective page for the method to install or remove each part during maintenance.
About every 2 weeks
Vacuum
clean
Wash with water
• After removing any dust using
a vacuum cleaner, remove and
wash the filter with water, then
dry thoroughly in the shade.
• Use a soft brush to clean the
spaces between the grids.
Attention
•
Do not use a cotton bud or hard
scrubbing brush.
(Partial damage to the filter may
result)
•
Do not apply too much force.
(Partial damage to the filter and
scratching may result)
• If dirt buildup is severe, leave
the part soaking in lukewarm or
room temperature water mixed
with kitchen-use neutral detergent,
then thoroughly rinse so that no
detergent remains and leave in the
shade until completely dry.
Pre-filter (Front / Left side / Right side)
Method to remove
Hold the indentation
of the pre-filter and
pull it towards you to
remove it.

Place your finger
on the top centre
side of the pre-
filter and push
down to remove the hook.

Pull it towards you to remove.
Method to attach
Insert the hooks
(2 places) into the unit,
then press until a
catching sound is heard.

Reverse side
Push all the way and insert the
centre hook upward to attach into
the unit.

When dust builds up
Vacuum
clean

Remove the pre-filter (right side).

Vacuum off any dust using a
vacuum cleaner crevice tool or
similar.
About every 3 months
Wipe

Remove pre-filter (right side) and
the cover of the air intake for the
sensor.

Remove the
Air intake for sensor
hook and
pull towards
you.

Lens (2 places)
• Vacuum off any dust around the
area using a vacuum cleaner
crevice tool or similar.
• Clean the lenses with a wet baby
cotton bud softly and then remove
the water with a
dry baby cotton
bud
.
• Do not use alcohol for cleaning.

After cleaning, be sure to attach the
cover securely.
(Malfunction may result)
PM2.5 Sensor
Before cleaning and maintenance work, be sure to unplug
the unit. (An electric shock or injury may result)
