The outdoor unit’s heat exchanger fins
are processed using a special
anticorrosion treatment. The surface is
covered with a thin acrylic resin layer to
enhance the fins’ resistance to acid rain and
salt corrosion. A hydrophilic film layer also
prevents rust caused by the run off of water
droplets. Additional durability is provided by a
rustproof steel sheet on the bottom of the unit.

FT50/60G supports a piping length of up to 30
metres to give flexibility during unit installation.
This allows the outdoor unit to be placed on a
balcony or where it can not be seen. Indoor units
can also be installed where they do not
compromise the decor of a room.
