pump motor rotate smoothly?

Action

Yes

Return to the troubleshooting of
the specific error and continue
with the next procedure.

Replace the water pump motor,
see

"2.26.2 Repair

procedures" on page 90

To perform an electrical check of the water pump

First perform a mechanical check of the water pump, see

"2.26.1 Checking procedures" on page 89

Turn ON the power of the unit.

Activate Installer on the user interface. See the installer
reference guide for the correct procedure.

Go to Actuator test run via the user interface.

Activate the Pump.

CAUTION

When the water pump is active and the connector PWM is
disconnected from the hydro PCB, the water pump motor
will run at full speed.

Check if the pump is working (audially or by touching the
pump).

Is the water pump working?

Action

Yes

Return to the troubleshooting of
the specific error and continue
with the next procedure.

Perform the next step.

Disconnect the water pump connector from the hydro PCB.

Measure the voltage on the water pump connector: L ‑ N on the
hydro PCB.

INFORMATION

The measured voltage may differ depending on the type of
water pump installed.

Is the measured voltage
correct?

Action

Yes

Replace the water pump
housing, see

"2.26.2 Repair

procedures" on page 90

Perform a check of the hydro
PCB, see

"2.14.1 Checking

procedures" on page 58

Repair procedures

To remove the water pump motor

Prerequisite:

Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.

Prerequisite:

Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.

Prerequisite:

Remove the required plate work, see

"2.19 Plate

work" on page 77

Disconnect the connector from the water pump motor.

Remove the 4 bolts that fix the water pump motor to the pump
housing.

Separate the water pump motor from the pump housing.

Remove the water pump motor.

procedures" on page 90

To install the water pump motor

Install the water pump motor on the pump housing.

CAUTION

Make sure to correctly install the water pump motor and
the seal.

Fix the water pump motor by tightening the 4 bolts.

Connect the connector to the water pump motor.

Is the problem solved?
