9 Press the switch BS3 once. The LED status should be as
follows:

10 Press the switch BS2 once. The LED status should be as
follows:

11 Press the switch BS3 once. The LED status should be as
follows:

12 Press the switch BS3 once. The LED status should be as
follows:

13 All LED’s on the Inverter Analyzer must lit.
14 Turn off the respective circuit breaker.
15 Wait a few minutes and confirm that the LED’s of the Inverter
Analyzer are off.
16 Disconnect the Inverter Analyzer from the Faston connectors.
17 Connect the Faston connectors to the wire terminals U, V and
W of the compressor.
INFORMATION
Use the notes made during disconnection to connect the
Faston connectors to the correct wire terminals of the
compressor.
All LED’s of the inverter
analyzer are lit during inverter
test? Action
Yes Return to "Checking
procedures" on page 62 of the
inverter PCB and continue with
the next procedure.
No Replace the inverter PCB, see
"Repair procedures" on
page 64

Repair procedures
To remove the inverter PCB
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see "2.19 Plate
work" on page 77 .
1 Disconnect all connectors from the main PCB.
2 Remove the cable booms that surround the main PCB.

3 Loosen and remove the 2 screws that fix the cable clamps.
4 Loosen and remove the screw that fixes the ground wire.
5 Disconnect the fan connectors.
6 Loosen and remove the 2 screws that fix the main PCB
mounting plate.
7 Disconnect all connectors from the inverter PCB.

8 Unplug all Faston connectors from the inverter PCB.
9 Cut the tie straps at the rear of the main PCB mounting plate to
improve manoeuvrability of the main PCB mounting plate.
10 Lift the main PCB mounting plate and place it on a support.
