Step 3 Check the box to enable tour function.
Interval: Input proper interval value here. The value ranges from 5-120 seconds.
The default setup is 5 seconds.
Window split: There are two options: 1/4/8/9-window split mode.
Channel: Display all channel settings in current split mode.
1. Click Add to add channel settings.
2. Select a channel setting and then click delete, it is to delete current
channel setting.
3. Select a channel setting and then click move up/move down to move its
position.
Step 4 Click OK
Device goes back to Display interface.
Step 5 Click Save button.
4.2.1.4.3 Zero-channel encoding
It is to enable and set zero-channel encoding function so that you can view several video sources
at one channel on WEB.
Step 1 On the main menu, from Setting->Display,
Enter Display interface.
Step 2 Click zero-channel encoding Setup button,
Enter zero-encoding interface. See Figure 4-20.
Step 3 Set parameters.
Enable: This function is disabled by default. Check the box here to enable this
function so that you can control the zero-channel encoding function at the WEB.
Compression: System default setup is H.264. You can set according to device
capability.
Resolution: The resolution value may vary due to different device capabilities.
Please select from the dropdown list.
Frame rate: System supports 1-25(30). The frame rate value may vary due to
different device capabilities. Please select from the dropdown list.
Bit Rate: System supports 640/768/896/1024. The bit rate value may vary due to
different device capabilities and frame rate setups. Please select from the dropdown
list.
Save: Click the Save button to save current setup. If this function is disabled, you
cannot operate zero-channel encoding function at the WEB, the video is black or
null even you operate when the function is disabled. After you enabled this function,
login the Web and you can select zero-channel encoding mode at the right corner of
the interface
. Select a mode; you can view the local preview
video.
