7 FAQ and Maintenance

7.1 FAQ

Question

Possible Cause and Solution

No response after power up

1. The input power is not correct.
2. Switching power line contact is not good.
3. He switching power supply damaged.
4. Program upgrade error.
5. Hard disk damage or hard line problems.
6. The front panel fault.
7. Device damage to the motherboard.

A few minutes after boot up,
device auto reboots or
system crash.

1. The input voltage is unstable or too low.
2. Hard disk jumper is incorrect.
3. The hard disk has bad sectors or bad hard line.
4. Switching power supply power is not enough.

Cannot find HDD

1. The hard drive power cable is not connected.
