Directions on Coiling, Taping and Zigzag Embroidery

Function Introductions

Coiling function: This is a method to wind core thread in a form of coiling.

Left Coiling

(clockwise) and Right Coiling

(counterclockwise) are

both available in coiling function, which is decided by the setting of parameters.

Taping function: Tape can be used as embroidery material. It includes

taping 1

and taping 2

(blind embroidery)

Zigzag function: this function is to sew the core thread in the specialized

stitch form on the fabric. There are six stitches form for Zigzag Sewing in

computer: Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5 and Z6. Their icons are as follows.

Z1 Z2 Z3 Z4 Z5 Z6

For convenience, Coiling, Taping and Zigzag-sewing are all called as special

embroidery at below.

Flat embroidery head and special embroidery head can be switched

automatically or manually.

Coiling, Taping and Zigzag functions can be switched at will.

The presser of special embroidery can go up and down automatically or

manually. (This function is only for the machines installed with relevant

apparatus)

can be set respectively.
