Return to Master Table of Contents

Remove floor mat.

Remove operator’s seat (1, Figure 2).

NOTE:

Be ca reful not to dam age s eat

covering.

10. Remove duct covers (5, 6, 7 and 9, Figure

2). W hen r emoving duct cover (7),

disconnect hour meter connector.

11. Remove ai r duc t ( 3, 4 a nd 8 , Figu re 2)

located at right si de o f cab. Di sconnect

duct wiring connector before removing air

duct (3).

12. Disconnect wiper moto r co nnector and

front window washer hose located at floor

plate bottom.

13. Remove tw o r ubber sto ps ( 2, Figu re 3)

used i n s toring the f ront l ower gl ass.

Remove bol ts (1) from the rear l eft an d

right da sh co vers. Lif t lef t si de c over ( 3)

slightly and disconnect sp eaker wire,

stereo wi re and antenna wi re co nnector.

Remove left cover (3).

14. Lift r ight si de c over ( 4, Figure 3) an d

disconnect s peaker wi re. Remove r ight

side cover.

15. Disconnect cab lamp wiring connector.
16. Disconnect ca bin ground c able (2, Figu re

2).
