Express Cooking

The microwave oven will operate on 100% with the express cooking    

program. You can use the express cooking program from 30 seconds. 

The time goes up increments of 30 seconds with each press.

Press 

Start/Quick Start 

button in quick succession to set the 

required time, the oven will immediately start to cook the food. The time 

can be increased by pressing the 

Start/Quick Start 

button during 

cooking.

Speed Defrost

The oven can be set to speed defrost by time. The longest defrost time is 

99 minutes and 99 seconds.

1.  Place the food in a container suitable for a microwave oven.

2.  Press the 

Speed Defrost

 button once.

3.  Press the 

Number

 buttons to set the defrost time. 

4.  Press the 

Start/Quick Start 

 button to start defrosting.

Note: 

During defrosting, the microwave will pause to remind you to turn 

food over, once turned, press the 

Start/Quick Start 

button to resume      

defrosting.
