Care and Use of your Jug Blender

Always disconnect the Jug Blender from the mains power supply
before cleaning.
•
Wash the jug only in warm soapy water

CAUTION:
the
blades inside the jug are not removable and are very sharp;
extreme caution should be taken whilst cleaning the inside of the
jug.

Clean the outside of the Base Unit with a clean damp cloth. Never
clean with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
•
Do not submerge the base unit in water or any other liquids.

Fitting a new plug
If for any reason you need to fit a new plug, the flexible mains lead
must be connected as shown below. The wires in the mains lead fitted
to this appliance are coloured in accordance with the following code:
Brown wire = Live (L)
Blue wire = Neutral (N)
Green and Yellow = Earth (E)
If colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance do not
correspond with the coloured marking identifying the terminals in
your plug, proceed as follows:
Connect
Brown to

(N)
Ensure the outer sheath of the
mains lead is securely held by the
cable clamp
Connect
Green &
Yellow to
Earth (E)
