4. DISASSEMBLING AND TREATMENT
1) Open the cover dust(1) and check the paper bag whether it is fulled or not.
2) Open the cover dust(1), unscrew the 4 screws(2). Lift the hadle(5), unscrew the 2 screws(2).
Lift the cover assembly(4) up.
3) Check the connection between the terminals of motor, CR assembly, hose grip and PCB(8).
4) Disassemble the connector of CR assembly(5) from PCB(8), lift the cordreel up.
5) After Disassemble the leads from the PCB(8), then take the PCB out of the motor case(7).
6) After disassemle the PCB(8), then disassemble the motor case(7).
7) Check the CR assembly(6), the PCB(8), the motor whether they are burnt out or not.
8) After check the trouble of parts, assemble them into a cleaner assembly in the reverse order.
