Power on, but LCD backlights are not working or shut down soon.

When standby, the light bar voltage is VBL, but the diode in light bar will not transits. The boost circuit

will increase the voltage into V-LED, when LED bar is open; the voltage reaches OVP (over voltage

protection). When the light bar is short, the voltage is different and OCP (over current protection) will

work, the backlight may shut down soon.
