Cooking Tips and Techniques
◆
For best results, cover container with plastic
wrap and turn back one edge of the wrap to
form a 1/2-inch slot where steam can escape.
◆
After cooking fresh vegetables, allow 3-5
minutes of stand time before serving. This
will allow the food to finish cooking without
overcooking.
◆
When preparing fresh vegetables, add 1/2 cup
of water per 1/2 pound of fresh vegetables.
