DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
1) Rem ove the gasket door from door weld as.
2) Rem ove the barrier screen inner from door weld as.
3) Rem ove the door fram e from door weld as.
4) Rem ove the stopper hinge top from door weld as.
5) Rem ove the spring and the hook.
6) Rem ove the supporter barrier screen outer from door fram e.
7) Rem ove the barrier screen outer from door fram e.
8) Reverse the above steps for reassem bly.
4. M ethod to reduce the gap betw een the door seal and the oven front surface.
1) To reduce gap located on part ‘A’.
Loosen a screw on stopper hinge top, and then
push the door to contact the door seal to oven front surface.
Tighten a screw.
2) To reduce gap located on part ‘B’.
Loosen two screws on stopper hinge under, and then
push the door to contact the door seal to oven front surface.
Tighten two screws.
NOTE
A sm all gap m ay be acceptable if the m icrow ave leakage does not exceed 4m W /cm
