4. Remove the Wing Nuts (10) from the U-Bolts (9) and loop it between the first
and second fins behind the control housing, attach the Wheel Plates (6)
(above) securing in place using the Wing Nuts (10) as in the image below,
taking care not to overtighten:
5. Remove the Wing Nuts (10) from the other U-Bolts (9) and loop it between the
end and next to the end fins, attach the other Wheel Plates (6) (above)
securing in place using the Wing Nuts (10) as in the image below, taking care
not to overtighten:
