Remove the Wing Nuts (11) from one of the U-Bolts (10) and loop it between the
first and second fins behind the control housing, attach the Angled Wheel Plate
(6-above) securing in place using the Wing Nuts (11) as in the image below,
taking care not to overtighten:

Remove the Wing Nuts (11) from the other U-Bolt (10) and loop it between the
end and next to the end fins, attach the other Straight Wheel Plate (9-above)
securing in place using the Wing Nuts (11) as in the image below, taking care not
to overtighten:
