4. CHOICE AVR METHOD
To summed rated capacity of each electrical appliance When select a Voltage Stabilizer to use,avoid resulting in
the voltage stabilizer breaker down cause this machine is in super over loading long time working . How to
account usual refer to principles as: a. refrigerators= rated capacity X1.5; b. Air-conditioning or Cold air machi-
ne=rated capacityX2; c. the others sensitive Load=rated capacityX1.5, and finally to select a Voltage Stabili-
zerwhich rated capacity is close to the summed capacity.
In some area where City Voltage is often under 160V, to X1.5 times once more when to account total Load capa-
city, in order to make sure Voltage Stabilizer will function well under such lower Voltage. Refer to graph of Voltage
and Load .
5. HOW TO OPERATION
1 Turn ON , power indicator( Blue Circle in the front face) flashing with frequency of 1Hz; press Starter button on
the front side, then it will enter count down condition of Time Delay; provided that Input Voltage is under normal
, it will go into normal working condition after 5 Sec(short delay) or 255 Secs(Long Delay) .
2 If Power Supply cut down due to Over voltage, Low voltage, Over-load, Over-heating and Electricity Loss, after
removed malfunctions, this machine can get back to Power Supply mode automatically(Re: it can be hade-made
resum to Electricity Loss protection, setting up refers to clients request); it has already 5 Secs Time Delay protec-
tion in order to prevent electricity shock towards to electrical equipments.
3 If no need working of Voltage Stabilizer, turn off electrical appliances first then turn down the starter in the front
face of the machine; if Voltage stabilizer is not to be used for long terms, Switch is required on OFF and Input
cable is required to disconnect Power Supply.
6. MULTI FUNCTION LCD SCREEN INTRODUCTION
1 Over-voltage,when input voltage is higher than normal input voltage15%,this AVR will automatically cut off and
meantime the LCD display will show protect and output show 000 ,input voltage show Err ,botton of LCD will
show over-voltage
2 Low-voltage , when input voltage is lower than normal input voltage, this AVR automatically cut off and meanti-
me the LCD display will show protect and output show 000 ,input voltage show Err ,botton of LCD will show
low-voltage
3 Over-loading ,when the loading higher than 100%,this AVR LCD will show over-load ,and when loading higher
than 120%,this AVR will automatically cut off output voltage ,and meantime the LCD will show protect ,output
voltage show 000 and loading rate show Err ,and botton of LCD show over-load
4 Over-heat,when this AR Tempereture is higher than 120 because of loading rate very high or input voltage high
and put on the high temperature environment,and this AVR automatically cut off the output voltage,and meanti-
me the LCD will show protect , Output voltage show 000 ,loading rate show 000 ,and bottom of LCD will show
over-heat:
7. INSTALL METHOD
Keep this machine far away environment of flammability, explosive, moisture; always place it in ventilation,
dry and non-direct sunlight
condition. To cover this machine with textile and weight material are forbidden seriously.
1 When installing ,first pick out the pothook,and then fixed point on the wall basis on the wall install hole of
pothook.
2 According to the connection map of AVR to connect the wire ,the cross-sectional area of AVR input wire
must be accord with specification request,make sure screw down the screw of connection.
3 Hard Connect the earth line ,make sure safe.
NOTE
1 During function, it is normal to hear slight noisy of compression due to wave of outside voltage which
cause the servo motor inside the machine to adjust automatically.
2 It is normal to feel slight heating during function; and for security case, it is forbidden to open the cover
and to adjust any parts during power supply is available.
3 If Input Voltage surpass rated voltage range during function, please cut off power supply; otherwise, the
user will take responsibilities of any accidents.
4 Make sure turn off the power switch when the machine do not work for long time ,avoid happening accident.
5 Open the BY-PASS switch when the outside input voltage is very stable (input voltage offten in 10%),in
that time AVR will not consume the power ,and it is normal when the LCD doesn't show anything .
