Lithium snowblower
WARNING:
For your own safety please read this manual before attempting to operate your
new unit. Failure to follow instructions can result in serious personal injury. Spend a few moments to
familiarize yourself with your snow thrower before each use.
1. SYMBOLS MARKED ON THE PRODUCT
Read Operator's Manual.
Keep bystanders away.
Avoid injury from rotating auger - keep hands, feet and clothing away.
Danger! Turn off motor before unclogging discharge chute.
Wear eye and ear protection.
The charger is intended for indoor use only.
Do not expose to moisture.
Switch off isolator key before adjusting, cleaning and before leaving the product
unattended for any period.

2. GENERAL SAFETY RULES
The purpose of the safety rules is to attract your attention to possible dangers. The safety symbols
and the explanations with them, require your careful attention and understanding. The safety war-
nings do not by themselves eliminate any danger. The instruction or warnings they give are not
substitutes for proper accident prevention measures.
WARNING:
Failure to obey a safety warning can result in serious injury to yourself or to
others. Always follow the safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal
injury. Save owners manual and review frequently for continuing safe operation and instructing
others who may use this tool.
WARNING: This machine produces an electromagnetic field during operation. This field may under
some circumstances interfere with active or passive medical implants. To reduce the risk of serious
or fatal injury, we recommend persons with medical implants to consult their physician and the
medical implant manufacturer before operating this machine.
WARNING:
The operation of any tool can result in foreign objects being thrown into your
eyes, which can result in eyes severely damaged. Before beginning power tool operation, always
wears safety goggles or safety glasses with side shields and a full face shield when needed. We
recommend Wide Vision Safety Mask for use over eyeglasses or standard safety glasses with side
shield.
Training
1. Read the operating and service instruction manual carefully. Be thoroughly familiar with the
controls and the proper use of the equipment. Know how to stop the unit and disengage the con-
trols quickly.
2. Never allow children to operate the equipment. Never allow adults to operate the equipment
without proper instruction. Local regulations can restrict the age of the operator.
3. Keep the area of operation clear of all persons, particularly small children, and pets.
4. Exercise caution to avoid slipping or falling, especially when operating in reverse.
5. Keep in mind that the operator or user is responsible for accidents or hazards occurring to other
people or their property.
Preparation
1. Thoroughly inspect the area where the equipment is to be used and remove all doormats, sleds,
boards, wires, and other foreign objects.
2. Disengage all clutches and shift into neutral before starting the motor.
3. Do not operate the equipment without wearing adequate winter garments. Wear footwear which
will improve footing on slippery surfaces.
4. Adjust the auger housing height to clear gravel or crushed rock surface.
5. Never attempt to make any adjustments while the motor is running (except where specifically
recommended by manufacturer).
6. Let motor and machine adjust to outdoor temperatures before starting to clear snow.
7. The operation of any powered machine can result in foreign objects being thrown into the eyes.
Always wear safety glasses or eye shields during operation or while performing an adjustment or
repair.
8. While working, always wear substantial footwear and long trousers. Do not operate the equip-
ment when barefoot or wearing open sandals; Do not wear lose clothing or clothing with hanging
laces or belts.
Operation
1. Do not put hands or feet near or under rotating parts. Keep clear of the discharge opening at all
times.
2. Exercise extreme caution when operation on or crossing gravel drives, walks, or roads, stay alert
for hidden hazards or traffic.
3. After striking a foreign object, stop the motor, Switch off isolator key, thoroughly inspect the snow
thrower for any damage, and repair the damage before restarting and operating the snow thrower.
4. If the unit should start to vibrate abnormally. Stop the motor and check immediately for the cause.
Vibration is generally a warning of trouble.
5. Stop the motor whenever you leave the operating position, before unclogging the auger housing
or discharge guide, and when making any repairs, adjustments, or inspections.
6. When cleaning, repairing, or inspecting, make certain the auger and all moving parts have
stopped. Switch off isolator key to prevent accidental starting.
7. Do not clear snow across the face of slopes. Exercise extreme caution when changing direction
on slopes. Do not attempt to clear steep slopes. Always be sure of your footing on slopes.
8. Never operate the snow thrower with defective guards or without proper guards, plates or other
safety protective devices in place.
9. Never operate the snow thrower near glass enclosures, automobiles, window wells, offs, etc.
without proper adjustment of the snow discharge angle. Keep children and pets away.
10. Do not overload the machine capacity by attempting to clear snow at too fast a rate.
11. Never operate the machine at high transport speeds on slippery surfaces. Use care when rever-
sing or pulling the machine towards you.
12. Never direct discharge at bystanders or allow anyone in front of the unit.
13. Disengage power to the auger when snow thrower is transported or not in use.
14. Use only attachments and accessories approved by the manufacturer of snow thrower (such as
wheel weights, counterweights, cabs, etc.).
15. Never operate the snow thrower without good visibility or light. Always be sure of your footing,
and keep a firm hold on the handles. Walk; never run.
16. Take all possible precautions when leaving the machine unattended. Switch off isolator key and
stop the motor.
17. Keep all nuts, blots and screws tight to be sure the equipment is in safe working condition.
18. Replace worn or damaged parts for safety; Use only genuine replacement parts and acces-
sories.
19. Not to touch the auger before isolator key is switch off and the auger have come to a complete
stop.
20. Switch off isolator key for below cases:
-Whenever leaving the machine unattended.
-Before clearing a blockage.
-Before checking, cleaning or working on the machine.
-After striking a foreign object. Inspect the machine for damage and make repairs before restarting
and operating the machine;
-Whenever the machine starts vibrating abnormally. Immediately inspect the snow thrower for any
damage, and replace or repair any damaged parts before restarting and operating the snow
thrower, and check for and tighten any loose parts.
21. This appliance cannot be used by children. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
This appliance can be used by the persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
22. Be careful during adjustment of the machine to prevent entrapment of the fingers between
moving auger and fixed parts of the machine.
23. Never pick up or carry an appliance while the motor is running.
24. Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacture .Using a charge with an incompati-
ble battery pack may create a risk of fire.
25. Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs .Use of any other battery packs
may create a risk of injury and fire.
26. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects like, paper clips, coin,
keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to
another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
27. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery: avoid contact. If contact
accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes additionally seek medical help. Liquid
ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
28. Do not run the engine indoors, except when starting it and for moving the snow thrower in or out
of the building. Open the outside doors, exhaust fumes are dangerous.
29. Start or operate the machine with caution according to the instructions.
30. Do not start the motor if you are standing in front of the discharge chute. Keep away from the
discharge opening.
31. Do not tilt the machine when switching on the motor, except if the machine has to be tilted for
starting. In this case, do not tilt it more than absolutely necessary and lift only the part which is
away from the operator.
Maintenance and storage
1. After use and before storage, remove the battery from the machine and check for damage.
2. Check shear bolts, motor mounted bolts, etc, at frequent intervals for proper tightness to sure the
equipment is in safe working condition.
3. Always refer to owner’s guide instructions for important details if the snow thrower is to be stored
for an extended period.
4. Maintain or replace safety and instructions labels, as necessary.
5. Run the machine a few minutes after throwing snow to prevent freeze-up of the auger.
6. Allow the engine to cool before storing in any enclosure.
7. When servicing the auger be aware that, even though the machine is switched off, the auger can
still be moved.
8. Be careful during adjustment of the machine to prevent entrapment of the fingers between
moving auger and fixed parts of the machine.

5. ASSEMBLY
5.1 Assemble the folding handle
1. Connect the lower handle (2-1) and middle handle (2-2) with the bolts (2-3, M8*52), washers (2-4)
and locking knobs (2-5). ( Fig. 2A/2B/2C)
2. Connect the upper handle and middle handle with bolts (2-3, M8*52), washers (2-4) and locking
knobs (2-5). (Fig. 2D/2E)
3. Attach the cable-clamp (2-6) to the position shown and then attach the cable. (Fig.2F)
5.2 Assemble the snow discharge guide
Fix the snow discharge guide onto the motor housing with 4 screws (ST5*12). (Fig. 3A/3B)
5.3 Assemble the isolator key
Insert the isolator key into the slot.

5.4 Assemble the direction adjustment lever
1. Insert the upper lever (5-2) through the hole of the rubber protector (5-1). (Fig. 5A )
2. Connect the upper lever (5-2) and lower lever (5-3) with screw (5-4, M4*16). (Fig. 5B)
3. Check the snow discharge guide by turning it fully in both directions. The discharge guide should
rotate freely.
5.5 Assemble the battery
1. Make sure the isolator key(6-1) is switched off
,
Switch mark ”I” is “ON”, “O” is “OFF”. (Fig. 6A)
2. Lift and hold up the battery door (6-2). (Fig. 6B)
3. Insert the battery pack (6-3) into battery holder (6-4). (Fig. 6C)
4. Make sure the latch on bottom of battery pack snaps in place and that battery pack is fully
seated.
5. Close the battery door.
5.6 Remove the battery
1. Lift and hold up the battery door.
2. Press and hold the battery latch button (7-1) at the bottom of the battery pack.
3. Remove battery pack from the product.
6. ADJUST DISCHARGE DIRECTION AND HEIGHT
1. Changes the direction of the snow discharge:
- Turning the lever clockwise - the snow discharge guide turns to the left. (Fig.8A)
- Turning the lever anticlockwise - the snow discharge guide turns to the right. (Fig.8B)
2. Changes the height of the snow discharge:
- Loosen the locking knob (8-1) and adjust the discharge deflector to a suitable height. (Fig. 8C)
- Moving discharge deflector up or down to selected comfortable angle, the machine offers different
positions (0º~60º). (Fig. 8D/8E)
- Tighten the locking knob.
WARNING:
Make this adjustment only when stop the motor and switch off isolator key.
7. STARTING
7.1 Starting
Switch on the isolator key.
Start the motor as follows (Fig. 9):
a) Press the safety push-button (1).
b) And meanwhile, pull the the switch handle (2), and keep it in grasp.
Lift the front of the machine and switch off isolator key while crossing gravel or roads surface.
If you release the switch handle, the motor will stop.
CAUTION:
The auger starts turning as soon as the motor is started.
WARNING:
The auger continues to rotate after the motor is switched off.
WARNING:
If snow fastens in the chute do not try to remove it before:
Releasing the switch handle.
Switch off the isolator key.
Do not put your hand inside the chute or auger.
7.2 Led lighting
The snow thrower can match the LED lighting.
Press the LED lighting switch (9-1) (See Fig. 9). When the operation area without good visibility.
Switch mark”I” is “ON”, “O” is “OFF”.
WARNING: Do not irradiate on the eyes of the bystanders.
WARNING: Always ensure that the ventilation openings are kept clear of debris.
8. MAINTENANCE AND CARE
1. After use, switch off the isolator key and remove the battery pack and check for damage.
2. When not in use store the machine out of the reach of children.
3. Electric powered snow thrower should only be repaired by an authorized repairer.
4. Details of maintenance and adjustments which a user may carry out.
5. Use only manufacturer’s recommended replacement parts and accessories.
WARNING: Before performing any Maintenance or cleaning work, Always switch off the isolator
key.
Do not spray the unit with water. Ingress of water may destroy the switch-plug combination unit and
the electric motor. Clean the unit with a cloth, hand brush, etc.
Expert inspection is required, do not make any adjustment by yourself, must contact customer
service centre:
a) if the snow thrower strikes an object.
b) if the motor stops suddenly.
c) if the auger is bent (do not align!).
d) if the motor shaft is bent (do not align!).
e) if a short-circuit occurs when the cable is connected.
f) if the gears are damaged.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING:
Before performing any maintenance or cleaning work, always switch off isolator
key and wait until the auger has come to a standstill.
CAUTION!
Faults which can not be rectified with the aid of this table may be rectified by a
specialist company only (customer service centre).
10. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY DISPOSAL
According to EU directive 2012/19/EU on electric and electronic equipment and its implementation
into national law, all electric tools must be separately collected and environmentally friendly recy-
cled. Alternative disposal: If the owner of the power tool does not return the tool to the manufactu-
rer, he is responsible for proper disposal at a designated collection point that prepares the device
for recycling according to national recycling laws and regulations. This does not include accessories
and tools without electric or electronic components.
