Enable the Bluetooth mode on your Phone, Tablet or other Bluetooth compatible
device and set it to search.

Select ‘
AVS1449
’ from the search results found by your device which will now pair with
the speaker. Once your device has paired the speaker will chime once to confirm it is
has paired and
the word ‘
BLUE
’ on the
LED Display
(2) will stop flashing and the
speaker is ready to play.
5.
Enable the music player on your Phone, Tablet or other device you are
using.
6.
Press the
Play/Pause
button (11) to start and stop (pause) the
connected device playing.
7.
Briefly press the
skip forwards
(10) and
skip back
buttons (9)
to change the track being played.
8.
Alternatively use your devices controls in the usual manner.

Rotate the
Volume Control
(12) control (right) clockwise and
anticlockwise to increase and decrease the volume level.
Using the FM Radio
1.
Press the
Mode
button (15) until the FM radio is shown on the LED display (5) as below:

Press the
Play/Pause
button (11) to make the FM radio scan the airwaves. As the radio
scans, each station picked up will automatically be stored into the radio presets.

Once the radio has finished scanning the radio will default to preset 1, to change the radio
preset, briefly press the
skip forwards
(10) and
skip back
buttons (9) to change the
radio station being played.

Rotate the
Volume Control
(12) control clockwise and anticlockwise to increase and
decrease the volume level.
Using the AUX Input
The AUX Input allows a direct wired connection of an external audio
device (such as a mobile phone, mp3 player, etc.) via a 3.5mm jack socket
input on the top panel.
1.
Insert the
3.5mm jack to jack lead
(19) into the
3.5mm AUX input Jack
socket
(7) on the top panel (arrowed top right).
2.
Connect the other end of the
3.5mm jack to jack lead
* (19) to your
external device.
3.
Press the
Mode
button on the top panel (15) to enter the aux in mode.
The
LED Display
(2) on the top panel (arrowed bottom right) will show
the word ‘
AUX
’.
4.
Rotate the
Volume Control
(12) control clockwise and anticlockwise to
increase and decrease the volume level.
5.
Use your devices controls in the usual manner whilst playing music
back through the speaker.
*A different lead may be required if the supplied cable is not compatible with your device.
