Selecting the External input mode

Using the External microphone
A/V Controller

Press MODE repeatedly to select the mode
for Passenger Earphone service as below.
- MODE1 : activate the External A/V1
- MODE2 : activate the External A/V2
- MODE3 : activate the External A/V3
- MODE4 : activate the External DVD Changer
This mode is available only until the changed the
function by pressing the function buttons on the Head
unit.

Press Driver Mode(DRV) to turn on or off
the
driver’s speaker output
.
When a handsfree is connected, handsfree operation is
prior then this function.

Press Passenger Earphone Service(P/S) to
turn on or off
the Passenger Earphone’s output.
When this function is turned on, the passengers can chose
the Car audio speaker output (Radio reception, Cassette
or CD playback) or External source via selected external
input mode.

Plug the Microphones to the MIC1 or MIC2
jacks securely.

Press Microphone/Mix(MIC/MIX) repeatedly
to select the Microphone mode as below.
- MIC ON : only for the connected microphone
- MIC/MIX : Mix the microphone’s output with
current function’s output.
- MIC OFF : Cut off the Microphone’s output.

Turn the Microphone’s Volume1/2 to control
the Microphon’s Volume.

Turn the Microphone’s Echo Volume(ECHO
VOL.) to control the Microphon’s echo level.

To turn off the Microphone function press and
hold Microphone/Mix(MIC/MIX), then return
to the previous mode.
