WHEEL DISASSEMBLE

●

Do not mainpulate brake lever after

you remove wheel as it will make

wheel assembling difficult

[FRONT WHEEL]

①

Put vehicle in upright position on the
main stand on level ground and let
front wheel lifted in the air

②

Loosen oval head screw and remove
speedmeter cable

③

Loosen axle nut and separate wheel axle

and wheel.

[FRONT WHEEL]

●

Assemble in the opposite order of
disassembling.

●

Prior to assembling, match the depres-

sed part(

)of the speedometer gear-

box with the projected part of the left
front fork.

[FRONT AXLE NUT TORQUE 6.0KG-M]

●

After assembling, operate brake for
a number of times and see if wheel is
turning smoothly without getting
interruption.
