Place in a 3 quart casserole:

1 cup orzo or other tiny shaped pasta

cup small pieces of sundried tomatoes

1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Stir well and cover. Touch DINNER MENU,  number

and touch START/EASY MINUTE.

At pause, stir well and add:

3 cups chopped green, red, orange or yellow

peppers

1 onion, thinly sliced
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and

quartered

1 can (3 ounces) pitted, ripe olives, drained and

halved

Re-cover. Touch START/EASY MINUTE.

At end, stir and garnish top with:

2. EASY DEFROST can be programmed with More or

Less Time Adjustment. Touch the POWER LEVEL
pad once or twice before touching START/EASY
MINUTE

3. Touch HELP GUIDE pad when the HELP indicator is

lighted in the display for a helpful hint.

4. If you attempt to enter more or less than the

amount as indicated in the chart below, an error mes-
sage will appear in the display.

EASY DEFROST CHART

P R O C E D U R E

Remove any thawed pieces after each stage. Let stand, covered, for 5 to
10 minutes.

1. Ground Meat

.5 - 2.0 lb

After each stage, rearrange and if there are warm or thawed portions,
shield with small flat pieces of aluminum foil. Remove any meat or fish
that is almost defrosted. Let stand, covered, for 10 to 20 minutes.

2. Steaks/Chops

.5 - 3.0 lb

Use this pad to defrost rolls, muffins, biscuits, bagels etc. Large items
should be considered as 2 or 3 regular size. Arrange on plate; cover with
paper towel.
