Kinked milk tube.
Check for and fix any kinks in the milk tube.
Poor foam (milk)
consistency.
Wrong type of milk being
used or non-dairy creamer
used.
Clean the milk siphon tube (see page 35). Load
milk container compartment with whole milk
for best results. Do not use non-dairy creamer,
half-and-half, or non-fat milk.
Milk pinch screw too lose.
Tighten milk pinch screw. See page 21 (Latte
section).
Foam milk knob out of
adjustment.

Water (or milk) drips
out of nozzle after
coffee, water, or milk is
dispensed.
A small amount of water
or milk dripping after
dispensing is normal.
Amount of coffee made is

Using espresso button.
Normal size of a cup of espresso is about
one ounce. Push espresso or double espresso
button multiple times or program unit for
larger volume.
Coffee system will not
make coffee drinks from
ground coffee.
The pre-ground coffee was
put in ground coffee chute
before the power switch
was turned on.
Coffee system cleans out ground coffee chute
when power switch is turned on. To make
coffee drinks from ground coffee, you must
turn on the power switch before you put the
grounds in the ground coffee chute.
Used coffee beans in used
coffee grounds bin are
not normal shape. Coffee
beans in bin normally
look like little ”hockey
pucks”.
Coffee system group
setting programmed
incorrectly.
Change group program setting. See Custom
