A warning label is affixed to your Daavlin phototherapy device in a prominent and easily readable position.
Please read the label carefully as it contains important safety information for you. In addition to the warning
label, an identification label indicates the serial number and date of manufacture that is specific to your device.
A chart detailing all symbols located on your unit can be found on the following page.
This serial label (below) is located on the back of the unit near
where the power cord plugs into the unit.
