To obtain a temporary verification code to reset the password, click

Note: The temporary verification code is only valid before 00:00am NVR time. If 
the code expires you will need to request a new verification code. The NVR will 
generate a new verification code every day and after reboot. The NVR will need 
internect access to send out verification code e-mails.
